Privacy notice

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email, and optionally your name, your role and how many rooms your PG has.
• Accounts (invited residents, caretakers, owners): name, email, room, a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself), and the laundry queue activity you create (joins, turns, history).
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop abuse (rate limiting). We do not store your raw IP address.

We do not collect payments, rent, photos, or documents in this release.

Why we use it

• To run the laundry queue for your PG and show owners how machines are used.
• To contact waitlist members about launch updates. Nothing else, and no selling or sharing for advertising.
• To keep the service secure.

Who can see it

• Other residents of your PG see your first name in a queue. Owners and caretakers of your PG see your full name and room.
• Nobody outside your PG can see your queue activity.
• Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove them, or for 12 months, whichever is first.
• Accounts and queue history: while you live at the property. When you are removed by the owner, you lose access immediately and we delete or anonymize your account on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time. Contact the person who runs this service or your PG owner.
